With over 15 years of HR experience in wide spectrum of HR functions, both public and private, Renato spent a great part of his career in ArcelorMittal where he started as recruitment specialist, evolved to HR plant manager of 2 production sites and, before joining AIMS Luxembourg, was HR sourcing manager corporate functions for Western Europe. In the Aims team he will mainly focus on industry and corporate services.
